Walt Mansell CEO

Walt Mansell (CEO) has thirty years experience in operations, training and standards development for the telecommunications industry. His experience includes over twenty years in the Switching Operations organization in NYNEX. Walt also held positions at Bellcore (now Telcordia Technologies) in Morristown, NJ and Lisle, IL. He served as Operations Manager for MIT's telecommunications network, Project Manager and Interoperability Lab Manager at Shiva, Senior Product Manager in the Telecommunications Products group at Compaq and, most recently, VP of the Telecommunications Practice at Belenos.

He has held technical leadership roles in forums and standards organizations including: Past President of Vendor's ISDN Association, ENDIF Chairman in the National ISDN Users Forum, founding member of the Universal ADSL Working Group and various committees in the ITU, ATM Forum and ADSL Forum.

Shashank Kodupuganti Web Engineer/Architect

Shashank comes to Watershed Networks with experience in content/e-learning management systems, Web UI design and Front/Back-end development. Shashank's responsibilities at Watershed includes managing the development of Watershed Network's websites and application and expanding and improving the Watershed Network's e-learning management system.

Shashank graduated from University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a masters degree in Computer Science.

Melissa AngeliWeb Development/Course Animator

Melissa earned her degree in Animation from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and comes to Watershed Networks with experience in web development, graphics and animation. Since joining the staff in the 2009, Melissa has focused on redesigning the look of the graphics for all of the courses, and the redesign and development of Watershed Networks company site.
