Once a course is complete the student has access to the course material at any time for the duration of license. A designated administrator at your company has access to the Course Builder which enables you to design your own customized courses in real-time and immediately assign the course to any number of users. Your administrator can assign courses to users, track users through courses and design customized courses. All courses presented in the site license environment are branded with your logo and colors.

Site license owners have a secure internal message network to provide a quick and easy way for techs and engineers to communicate, collaborate, solicit advice and share information. Each student has their own profile page to post a picture, enter their job title and describe their areas of expertise.
